Web Systems Mgr/Sr. Web Developer

All responsibilities entailed in running a large e-commerce website; design, development, optimization, marketing and management. Not only have I built the front-end website from the ground up, including the database (meticulously parsed from many xml and csv vendor data sources) and an easy-to-use CMS, I built an entire CRM (similar to Salesforce) that the sales force uses daily to manage contacts, projects, and leads that flow in directly from the website. Pinnacle also managed larger client programs, and to that end I developed and maintained a web platform for easily stamping out personalized web-stores, with full ordering functionality, inventory management and a sophisticated reporting and CMS backend.

Eventually I came to manage a team of developers and designers devoted to utilizing Model-View-Controller methodology in the development process. Separate Subversion repositories helped our department function efficiently with aid of a ticketing system and an internal wiki to document procedures and helpful code, references, and strategy.

Web Developer

Helped to build and maintain Pipeline, a site where employees can store, edit and retrieve client and loan data. Designed Rateprice.com, so that brokers can develop pipelines of priced, on-the-fly loans to store and purchase on their own time. Helped to develop the server- side active scripts and added DHTML and CSS to help make the site XHTML compliant. Efficient teamwork on this project helped us meet strict deadlines. General network upgrades such as new web and database servers, new fax servers that run analog numbers of a DSL T1 connection. Slaved faxing to all email, printing, and scanning, allowing employees the ability to fax from anywhere with anything.
